My name is Andrew Sharp. I am from the small town of Whitman located in southeastern Massachusetts. I have studied biology, chemistry, and physics at the honors and advanced placement levels at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School. Over the past few Summers, I've attended numerous seminars and forums and have acquired a wide variety of knowledge on the field of medicine and research; ranging from microbiology to the global impact of pandemics. I will be working with Dr. Jamie Maguire through the TAHSS (Teachers And High School Students) program this Summer at Tufts University Medical School. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends as well as play football, wrestling, and tennis. I'm looking forward to an exciting, educational summer experience in the Maguire lab.
